Last Updated: December 8, 2025

Welcome to BibleMouse.com! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BibleMouse website, curriculum materials, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using BibleMouse.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a family, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

BibleMouse.com provides free, Christ-centered homeschool curriculum materials for children in grades Pre-K through 5th grade. Our Service includes lesson plans, printable worksheets, teaching guides, and related educational content. The Service is provided free of charge as part of our mission to support homeschool families.

3. Homeschool Disclaimers

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. These disclaimers are essential to understanding your responsibilities as a homeschooling parent or guardian.

3.1 State Compliance and Reporting

BibleMouse does not ensure compliance with your state's homeschool laws. Homeschool regulations vary significantly by state and locality. Requirements may include notification to local school districts, standardized testing, portfolio reviews, attendance records, immunization records, and other documentation.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Researching and understanding the homeschool laws in your state, county, and municipality
  • Filing any required notices of intent to homeschool
  • Maintaining attendance records as required by your jurisdiction
  • Administering or arranging for any required standardized testing or assessments
  • Submitting required documentation to school districts or state agencies
  • Meeting any curriculum approval requirements in your state
  • Ensuring your homeschool program meets minimum instructional hours or days
  • Complying with any mandatory subject requirements in your jurisdiction

We strongly recommend consulting your state's Department of Education website and connecting with your state's homeschool association (such as HSLDA members or independent state organizations) for current, accurate information about your legal obligations.

  • Your child will be prepared for any specific standardized test
  • Our curriculum aligns with Common Core, state standards, or any other educational framework
  • Learning outcomes will be equivalent to public, private, or other educational programs

Every child learns differently, and educational success depends on many factors including consistent instruction, parental involvement, individual learning needs, and more. You are responsible for assessing whether our curriculum meets your child's individual needs.
